Naina Power Pvt Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing of electronic energy meters that are supplied to power distribution companies in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. NPPL is engaged in design, production, testing and servicing of electronic energy meters, both single and three phase, with DSP (Digital Signal Processing) based digital Technology ASICs. NPPL has successfully developed Single Phase and Three Phase Meters meeting requirements of local Utility Boards and International Standards. The manufacturing plant has an installed capacity of 6.00 lakh meters per annum and capacity utilization is around 99 %. The company is ISO 9001 / 2008 certification.
The company proposes to set up a plant at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh for manufacture of energy meters / SMART meters and an aluminum conductor manufacturing plant at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, which are expected to be operational in FY18.
