In July 2017, the company is planning to invest Rs. 49150 million to double its manufacturing capacity of its Noida plant in Uttar Pradesh. Its smart phone manufacturing capacity will increase from 5 million units to 12 million units per month. The capacity for refrigerators will double to three million units per annum as against 1.5 million at present, and for TV panels to 2.6 million units from 1.3 million units.
