About the Company :
Incorporated in June 2021, RNSEL is a 100% subsidiary of RNEL which in turn is 100% subsidiary of RIL. Hence, RIL is ultimate parent of RNSEL. RNSEL has been awarded 10 GW integrated Solar Module manufacturing facility which shall be set up at Jamnagar, Gujarat under PLI (Production Linked Incentive) scheme which company has plans to subsequently scale it upto 20 GW in the long term. The total cost of project is expected to be financed by way of a mix of debt and equity. As per PLI Scheme, the company will have to commence commercial operations of 4 GW capacity by November 2024 for first tranche and of 6 GW capacity by April 2026 for the second tranche.
