Logwell Forge Ltd. was incorporated in 1982 by Sh. S.K. Chowdhry and Sh. Ashwani Chowdhry, in the name of Logwell Forge Pvt. Ltd. It was subsequently changed to Logwell Forge Ltd. In 1986. The factory of the company is located at New Delhi and its plant located at Gurgaon and Dharuhera. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of forged parts for the automobile industry and elastic rail fastening components & assemblies for the Indian Railways. Some of these forging components include bevel gears, pinion, counter shaft, main shaft, yoke propeller, housings, gears, hub front wheel, hub axle etc.
