JR Seamless Pvt Ltd , Hyderabad was incorporated in April 2007 and began its commercial operations in 2009. The company is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of seamless tubes and pipes. The unit located at Chegunta, Medak, Telangana with an overall installed capacity to manufacture 24,000 MTPA. The products manufactured by JRSPL mainly have applications in boiler, automobiles and bore well industries. In FY14, JRSPL started trading seamless pipes, boiler tubes, drill pipes and hydraulic lime pipes for niche industries. Trading activities contributed around 70% to the Company’s total revenues in FY16 followed by manufacturing activities (30%). JRSPL is ISO 9001- 2008 Certified and certified as a “Well known Tube/ Pipe Maker” by Central Boilers Board.
The size of pipes and tubes ranges between 6 mm to 114.3 mm O.D. with wall thickness varying from 1.5 mm to 15 mm and length of the tube/pipe up to 13.5 meters as per ASTM , DIN specification etc.
