Halonix Technologies Pvt Ltd promoted by private Equity firm Actis through its affiliates Argon South Asia Ltd & Argon India Ltd. Actis, through its affiliates, bought 100% share in Halonix Limited & acquired the general lighting business of Phoenix Lamps Limited (PLL) in August 2013, by transfer of physical assets.
After acquisition, HTPL commenced selling products under its own brand, Halonix, for which it has spent a large amount for brand development.
The company is engaged in manufacturing and distribution of lamps for general lighting. Halonix comprises a range of products, which include CFLs, LED lamps, high mast luminaries, home decorative lighting, street lights, and halogens lamps amongst others.
The manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 certified. The company is engaged in manufacturing and distribution of lamps for general lighting.
