About the Company :
Aerostructures Manufacturing India Private Limited was set up in February 2013 (and commenced operations August 2013) as part of Aequs Group’s strategy to divest its aero-structures machining business into a separate company – ASMIPL. The company is primarily engaged in manufacturing (predominantly machining) of aero-structural parts for international majors.
ASMIPL’s products primarily include aerospace interior structures, MLGB sub-assemblies, ribs and wings parts, door assemblies etc. The company caters to reputed customers such as Airbus, Sabca, UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS), Premium Aerotec Group aMagellan Aerospace.
Currently, the company has a manufacturing facility in a special economic zone (SEZ) being developed by group company – Aequs SEZ Private Limited in Belgaum (Karnataka).
