Megatechs Cold Forgings Pvt. Ltd (MCFPL) was incorporated on 28th April 2005 in Bangalore, Karnataka. Presently, it is constituted by two directors namely, Mr. Y S Mahadev and Mrs. M S
Tungasheela. It is engaged in precision cold forging presses along with a full fledged annealing plant and automated phosphating plant. Products manufactured by the unit includes Switch Housing/Drive shaft, Bearing cups, Relay case, Pole shoe etc. The unit procures its raw materials for iron and steel from suppliers located in and around Bangalore, Nagpur etc.
The management has been carrying out since 1990 another similar line of activity under the name of M/s. Megamiles Bearing Cups Pvt Ltd. It is engaged in manufacture of automobile components. During the current year, the permanent employees were 90 nos and hired workers of 20 nos. Plant processing capacity for FY19 included, Forging 6000 Tons, Annealing 1440 Tonsand Phosphating 4320 Tons.
