About the Company :
Tarini Infrastructure Ltd was established in the year 2004 with Mr V. Chandrashekhar and Mr V.Suresh (Real Value Promoters – Chennai) as co. Promoters / Directors, the Company was successfully awarded the first pilot hydro project ever to be implemented by an Independent Power Producer (IPP) in the state of Gujarat.
The company entered into concession agreement with the Narmada Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department , Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat and subsequently signed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam (GUVNL) – Govt. of Gujarat for implementation of Damanganga Hydro Power Project (Stage I & II) in Distt Valsad, Gujarat. The project has recently been commissioned and the power being generated through the Projects is delivered to state grid.
The company have signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with Govt. of Gujarat for implementation of yet another prestigious small hydro project titled as “Sabarmati Escape” on the Narmada main canal of Sardar Sarovar Project as under self identified scheme and shall soon be commencing works in line with the foot steps of the successful Daman Ganga Projects.
